PROGRAM DESCRIPTION & BIO
Jonathan has over seven years of professional experience, establishing himself as a seasoned photographer. His impressive career spans a variety of genres, including portrait, wedding, commercial, event, and architectural photography, with a specialization in Landscape and Architecture Photography.
Prior to his illustrious career in photography, Jonathan served our country as a jet engine mechanic and drill instructor in the US Navy. His experience in the military was fundamental in shaping his dedication to discipline and excellence, principles which he has seamlessly transferred to his photographic career. In terms of academic qualifications, Jonathan holds an Associates Degree from Columbia College and is a US Military certified Master Training Specialist. These qualifications underscore his commitment to continuous growth and development in his craft.
Jonathan's talent and dedication have been widely recognized. He was named one of the Top 5 Photographers in 2021 and 2022 by the Jacksonville Professional Photographer's Guild and was the proud recipient of the People's Choice Award in 2022. His exceptional work has graced the covers of various online and print publications, most notably, the Homes & Land Magazine.
His engagement with the photographic community extends beyond his personal achievements. Jonathan is a member of several prestigious organizations, including the Jacksonville Professional Photographer's Guild, the Florida Professional Photographers Association, the Professional Photographers of America, and the Association of Real Estate Photographers. He doesn't just participate; he leads, serving as the President of the Jacksonville Professional Photographer's Guild.
